Zero calorie drinks that promote weight gain!

You've been asking for this investigation for a long time! New zero-calorie drinks and flavored waters are flooding the market - and taking up some serious shelf space in major grocery stores. Many of these fruity waters and fizzy "sugar free" drinks are being promoted as health drinks - but are they really?

Find out in this brand new post - read it all here.

As you'll see, many of them are no better than soda - and I don't want you to be fooled by them any longer! They're filled with controversial additives like aspartame, yellow #5, and preservatives that can be sabotaging your weight and your health, even if they have no calories, look like bottled water, or have really short ingredient lists!

One popular (and so-called "natural") brand was recently sued because they were found to contain a synthetic additive that isn't even on the label - so there is a lot more than meets the eye with many of these drinks.

See my complete breakdown of brands here - and don't worry, if you are still buying drinks like this, I have some better options for you!

I hope this investigation helps you hydrate your body with the healthiest drinks and kiss the chemical-filled drinks goodbye! You can still drink fruity and fizzy drinks that taste refreshing, but that are not loaded up with crappy chemicals.

Xo,

Vani

P.S. If you know anyone who is drinking processed zero-calorie drinks by the caseload, please share this new post with them.
