Have you ever had a food coma?

I sure have! Thankfully not that many anymore...

I had so many requests to share this Springtime recipe after I posted it on Instagram last weekend… so here it is!

This pasta is so easy to make and is a complete meal when you use pasta that is packed with protein like my favorites discussed in the post. It's light and rich and won't leave you in a food coma either!
