Starbucks healthy?

Nearly a decade ago, I was the first to publish the ingredients in Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte on my blog for the world to see.

This went so viral that Starbucks had to remove many controversial chemicals.

Then, Starbucks published the ingredients in their drinks on their website for the first time in history. This was HUGE. Now everyone can see exactly what they're drinking at Starbucks.

So, you may be wondering…

What's in it today?

I filmed a little video to show you:

WATCH NOW: What's in a Pumpkin Spice Latte?

They still use controversial processed ingredients in their drinks like Potassium Sorbate, Carrageenan, and Mono and Diglycerides.

And those PSL's have a whopping 50 grams of sugar! It's crazy.

This is why I had to remake the Pumpkin Spice Latte at home!

You can quickly make your own PSL by adding espresso and organic milk to Truvani Pumpkin Spice Protein

This protein is USDA organic, has 20 grams of plant-based protein, and is made with real organic spices instead of the processed "Natural Flavors" you'll find in pumpkin spice treats. It tastes like dessert!

The best part? I'm offering you an exclusive deal to try it: Click here to check it out!

Know anyone who needs this alternative to the Starbucks PSL? Please forward this email to them, or share this video on Instagram and Facebook

Now we can enjoy this delicious fall drink without the controversial ingredients that Starbucks uses! Isn't it awesome when you take matters into your own hands? It's small changes like this that can dramatically change your health and your life.

Xo,

Vani
