What we're up against (alarming investigation)

Whenever you get to tell the truth about our food on the national news it's a good day...

I recently traveled to New York City and took the opportunity to appear on TV to wake Americans up to what's been done to our food and how to un-poison our bodies.

I discussed how there are over 10,000 chemicals allowed for use here in the U.S, whereas in other countries there are only about 400...

And how it took over 30 years for the FDA to finally ban Red 3 from our food - a chemical found in the 1990's to cause cancer.

You can't look at the utter failure of the last several decades and believe that something doesn't need to change. Change needs to happen and it needs to happen fast, if we're going to save the health of this country.

I'm thrilled that the floodgates are opening and that the poisons in our food are now being covered in the mainstream media in a way that I've never seen before. 

Think of how many new people we're reaching with our message. It's truly incredible!

I've been waiting for this moment...

But there is a concerted effort to divide and stop us.

The Big Food & Chemical industries are collectively spending BILLIONS each year to keep their poisons on the market.

A recent investigation by Capital Research Center uncovered what we're really up against, and it's alarming...

  • Coca-Cola spent $3.9 million in 2024 lobbying to maintain high-fructose corn syrup subsidies.
  • McDonald's and the National Restaurant Association spent $2.3 million in 2023 and $2.7 million in 2024 lobbying AGAINST nutrition reforms.
  • Bayer spent $8.2 million lobbying to defend atrazine and glyphosate.
  • Kraft Heinz spent $1.1 million in 2024 lobbying to protect about $3 billion in government contracts.
  • National Restaurant Association spent $5.1 million in 2023 lobbying to oppose sugar and sodium limits and influence SNAP policy.
  • NestlĂ© spent just over $1M on federal lobbying in 2024, reportedly to push back on proposals tightening school meal standards, pesticide rules, and food additive bans.
  • CropLife America spent $1.5 million in 2023 and $1.7 million in 2024 lobbying to defend agrochemicals.
  • American Beverage Association spent $1.9 million in 2024 lobbying to preserve soda purchases in SNAP.

They may have big bucks behind them, but we have the truth. 

It's David vs. Goliath—and we only win this fight if we stand united and keep our voices loud!

The healthy tool I use in my kitchen

It's been years since I've bought conventional cooking oils like Crisco and Mazola. These oils go through an insane amount of processing with chemical solvents, steamers, neutralizers, de-waxers, bleach and deodorizers before they end up in that innocent-looking bottle in your kitchen.

I used to think those were my only options...but then I figured out healthier ways to cook at home.

The Only Cooking Oils In My Kitchen Today:

I cook with a variety of oils, depending on what I'm cooking. Only certain oils are stable when exposed to heat, so I choose those oils for sautĂ©ing and stir frying––and the others work great for cold items like salad dressing. 

I generally look for unrefined, expeller pressed organic oils. It's really important to choose organic as GMOs and hexane extraction are prohibited in organic oil production.

  • Organic Coconut Oil – Made of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) that actually reduce cholesterol and obesity, unlike other saturated fats. Great for high-heat cooking up to 400°F when you get the steam-refined version.
  • Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Best used for cold applications like salad dressings, not high-heat cooking.
  • Organic Grass-fed Butter and Ghee – Good for cooking when you want that rich, buttery flavor.

Come on a trip with me!

Let me just tell you...

Being a food activist isn't for the faint of heart. 

I'm so passionate about getting the truth out, and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to wake the American people up to what's been done to our food supply. 

Sometimes that means that I go on whirlwind trips across the country to meet with politicians, advocates and speak at various events to reach as many new people as possible. 

I wish I could tuck you in my suitcase and take you with me! 

Of course, this isn't an option... 

So, I made a little video to show you a day in my life on the road

This was filmed during my trip to Austin, Texas...

Where I ended up doing 3 speeches in 24 hours (or make that 4 if you count my meeting with the Governor of Texas!)

Don't let them divide us.

We now know how hard Kellogg's was hit financially over the last year.

The Wall Street Journal reported that when Italian candy company Ferrero acquired Kellogg's...they DRASTICALLY reduced their bid:

"After weighing Kellogg's financial and political problems, Ferrero cut its offer by about $75 million, according to a recent securities filing".

Kellogg's sales have been dropping like a brick in 2025:

When the Food Babe Army marched to Kellogg's headquarters last October with over 400,000 petition signatures asking them to remove the artificial dyes from their cereals…

They refused to even talk to us and told us to "get off their lawn".

Then the dominoes started falling.

Secretary Kennedy elevated our voices, and the FDA has made removing artificial dyes a top priority.

West Virginia is banning dyes, and Texas is putting warning labels on them.

Over 40% of the food industry has now pledged to take artificial dyes out of their products.

And now a reckoning is taking place.

Kellogg's lost millions in their Ferrero acquisition and signed a legally-binding agreement to get these dyes out of their cereals within the next year and a half (to avoid legal action in Texas). 

Let this serve as a warning to every American food company:

This is what NOT to do when thousands of concerned citizens show up at your doorstep asking you to remove artificial ingredients you don't use in other countries.

And don't let anyone tell you that taking the artificial dyes out of Froot Loops isn't making America healthier. 

This is about no longer allowing American companies to poison their own citizens with ingredients they've already removed abroad due to health concerns. 

This campaign is helping millions of parents in this country who don't know the truth about how these dyes are affecting their children. 

Anyone who says taking artificial dyes out of our food isn't a big deal is an apologist for the Big Food industry. 

Don't let them minimize how monumental and life-changing this work is that we are doing together.

I want you to be aware that there is a coordinated effort going on right now to divide (and conquer) us

The industry sees the threat more than ever, and now they're putting marketing dollars towards stopping us. 

The Big Food and Chemical companies want to keep the status quo the same.

They want to diminish the work we are doing together. 

They want to divide us.

They want to keep the cheap chemicals in our food that lead to enormous industry profits. 

They want to keep making money off of us being sick. 

Every time they make it about divisive politics, about Democrats versus Republicans or one side vs. another…

The food companies win. The pharmaceutical companies win. 

We have to fight back against this.

We're going to have to stick together more than ever if we're going to continue making progress. 

The only way we can prevent our movement from imploding, is to work as one team moving forward.

Now is the time to keep our eye on the ball. 

We are powerful when we stay united.
