I love this kitchen appliance so much I brought it on vacation!

My slow cooker just went on beach vacation with my family!

I might be the only person in the world who brings their slow cooker on a family vacation... but I shouldn't be. This little appliance is a lifesaver for me in so many ways. 

Here it is relaxing by the pool :)

I use my 360 Cookware Stainless Steel Slow Cooker at home almost every day, so I couldn't bear to be without it.

I brought the 2.3 quart with me in my checked luggage, and it fit perfectly. 

I was able to cook our organic steel cut oatmeal for breakfast (I just put the oats and water in it before bed and it's ready to eat first thing in the morning!)

I also used it almost every day to heat up food, so that when we came back from hiking or swimming I wouldn't have to be busy in the kitchen making food for us. We could come back to a warm healthy meal and didn't need to go out to eat at restaurants for every meal. 

The best part? Since it's stainless steel, it's SO EASY to clean compared to those ceramic slow cookers. If you've ever tried to clean a standard slow cooker that's been cooking all day, you know what a pain that is!
