I recently spoke at a large event in Tampa, where I discussed the lies we are being fed about our food (by the very people we should be able to trust) and how we can protect ourselves. 

Afterwards I talked with many of the people there and listened to their struggles with their health, which many attributed to the food they were eating. 

For example, I met a man who worked for Pepsi for over 20 years. He used to drink Mountain Dew every day. He was going blind in one eye, had diabetes and heart disease. It was heartbreaking. 

And while I was there to teach the truth about ingredients in our food, I learned an important lesson that day…

The more I see how badly people are negatively affected by our food system in this country, the more passion grows within me to change it.

My jaw was on the floor...

My jaw was on the floor when I read the ingredients in a product that was supposed to be "healthy" for me…

• Carrageenan: A thickener and emulsifier widely known to cause digestive problems and intestinal inflammation. 
• Vegetable Oils: Oils that go through an insane amount of processing with chemical solvents, steamers, neutralizers, de-waxers, bleach and deodorizers.
• Artificial Flavors: Chemical mixtures made with synthetic (not natural) ingredients in a lab.
• BPA: Bisphenol A, a toxin found in the plastic of this product's container and can leach into the food. 

It's no wonder people have such a hard time digesting this nonsense!

The list goes on, but I'll cut it there… Can you guess what "healthy product" this is?

It's Protein Powder, a supplement many people turn to for health benefits…

…yet some big-name protein powders on the market continue to use these nasty ingredients that may cause further health issues.
