We lowered the base price significantly.

Here's the full story...

I never set out to create my own product line, but after years of demanding change from big food companies, I knew the only way to truly make a lasting change in the market place was to compete with these companies head-to-head.

The problem?

When we started creating our products, we didn't have that much pull. We were a startup. We didn't raise outside capital (outside money comes with outside expectations, and I would never let that potentially compromise our ingredient quality).

And many ingredient suppliers were unwilling to work with us.

...but we kept pushing back.

We are now a real company. With a real mission. With real customers. And we have been pushing back on our suppliers for better, cheaper pricing.

After all, it's our mission to create the best, highest quality ingredients...hands down. And then, it's our mission to make them affordable for regular, everyday people.

And finally, after months, they finally agreed. They offered us better pricing because they see that yes, we are a small agile company, but the movement is big, and it's getting bigger.

We promised them more volume. They promised us better prices.

And that's when we did something crazy...

We lowered the price from $52.45 on autoship, to $44.99 on autoship.

This applied to new customers and active subscribers, too.

My "business" friends told me I'm crazy. "Why would you sacrifice so much revenue?" I mean, I've never heard of a company LOWERING the price. Most make excuses as to why they need to RAISE the price.

But here at Truvani, we believe in quality and doing things right. And we will always put people over profits.

So, we lowered the price.

Because we want to make the best quality ingredients actually affordable to regular, everyday people.

And my promise to you is this:

As we continue to grow, we will keep putting pressure on suppliers to offer us the best quality ingredients at great prices.
