Additional help is here!

I hope that you were able to spend some time this weekend thinking about your health goals and tried some of the quick solutions that I sent you on Friday.   • What can we eat when we go to a restaurant?

And then you still have to write yourself out a shopping list so you don't forget anything. It can become a real job if you aren't used to making it a regular habit.
