I get a lot of questions about protein shakes and powders: Do I drink them? Which brands do I recommend? What types of protein are the best? Which ones do I avoid? What do you think of this brand?...etc.
The truth is that most protein powders on the market are filled with highly processed denatured proteins, unnecessary chemicals, preservatives, GMOs, and other controversial additives - and I'm here to tell you to stop wasting your money buying them. There is a much better option!
