As I promised earlier this week, we are fighting back against what Bayer is doing in Washington to keep their poisons on the market — and now we're announcing our next move.
On April 27th, the maker of Roundup weed killer will appear before the U.S. Supreme Court, asking them to overturn a Missouri verdict that found them liable for causing cancer
The Supreme Court will decide whether pesticide makers can escape lawsuits if the EPA didn't require a cancer warning on their product.
Companies poisoning us should not get immunity when their products cause cancer.
And that is why I'm inviting you and every American to come rally with us in Washington!
The People vs. Poison Rally
When: April 27, 2026 at 9am
Where: Outside in front of the U.S. Supreme Court
This is going to be the largest food movement rally America has ever seen – to hold our government accountable for the corporate capture that is poisoning our children.
I went on The Highwire yesterday to explain why this is the most important health issue of our time, and why every American needs to stand up and fight this.

The entire food movement needs to organize and make our voices heard about what this company is doing to our farmland, to our farmers, to our future, and to our children's future.
