What I eat to stop sugar cravings

Here's what a typical day on the Sugar Detox looks like:

I start my morning with a large glass of lemon water as soon as I get out of bed. It helps combat sugar cravings and sets the tone for the day.

After my morning workout, I have Creamy Coconut Chia Pudding topped with No Sugar Granola. It's rich, filling, and packed with protein and healthy fats.

For lunch, I'll have Fish Tacos with Avocado and Fresh Cucumber Salad. I usually use leftover fish from dinner the night before, so it comes together fast.

In the afternoon, I snack on celery with raw almond butter and sip peppermint tea, which is great for calming sugar cravings.

Dinner is Sesame Chicken with Asparagus, plus a big green salad. Leftovers become lunch the next day.

If cravings hit at night, I always have Coconut Smoothie Pops in the freezer. No refined sugar, but they still feel like a treat.

Before bed, I wind down with ginger tea. It supports digestion, helps curb cravings, and is incredibly soothing.
