Bayer CEO just waltzed into the EPA and did this...

We are at an inflection point in our movement. 

The corruption that has allowed poisons to remain on the market for decades is getting exposed at such a rapid pace that everyone is finally waking up. 

Here's the latest…

Brand new internal documents obtained through a FOIA request reveal that the EPA privately met with Bayer's CEO last June. 

As you may know, Bayer has already paid out over $10 BILLION to cancer victims over glyphosate (Roundup weed killer), and there are over 180,000 pending lawsuits. 

They are scrambling to escape these lawsuits and are using every angle at their disposal. 

Bayer is strategically using the courts, Congress, statehouses, and the White House to protect themselves and avoid accountability for poisoning Americans.

Next month, they're asking the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn a cancer verdict that could shield them from additional cancer lawsuits nationwide.

And now we know they went straight to the EPA (the government agency that regulates pesticides) to discuss legal issues, including the Supreme Court case.

The internal documents show that Bayer also planned to "thank" the EPA for "updating the glyphosate web page." 

This apparently refers to a change the EPA made to their website last May – adding a link to a letter withdrawing EPA support for California requiring cancer warnings on glyphosate products.

This is a bombshell because Bayer's argument at the Supreme Court hangs on cancer warnings. They're essentially saying: "If the EPA didn't require us to put a cancer warning on the label, then we can't be held responsible for not warning people".

In other words: by withdrawing support for cancer warning labels, the EPA handed Bayer a key piece of ammunition for their Supreme Court case.

The Solicitor General then filed a brief with the Supreme Court, urging the court to take up Bayer's case. And the Supreme Court agreed.

In a nutshell…

1. The EPA withdrew their support for California's cancer warning labels on glyphosate products. 
2. Bayer then met privately with EPA officials and thanked them. 
3. The administration has sided with Bayer at the Supreme Court. 
4. And now tens of thousands of cancer victims could lose their right to sue.

And this isn't just about Roundup. If Bayer wins, it could set a precedent that makes it nearly impossible to hold ANY pesticide company accountable, potentially affecting thousands of chemicals the EPA regulates.

We can't sit back and allow this to happen can we?

Nobody in the government is coming to our rescue. We the people have to do this.

That's why I am asking you to join me in Washington D.C. on April 27th for The People vs. Poison Rally outside of the U.S. Supreme Court.

This is going to be the largest food movement rally America has ever seen – and it will send an unmistakable message that corporations cannot poison us, capture our regulators, and then escape accountability.

Major retail chain bans artificial-dyed cereals!

I have an amazing update for you on our campaign to get artificial dyes out of our food.

A major nationwide retailer just announced they're clearing the dyes out of the ENTIRE cereal aisle in their stores.

Target will stop selling ANY cereal with artificial dyes by the end of May.

This means that all cereals made by Kellogg's, General Mills, and Quaker will need to get the dyes out very quickly if they want to be on the shelves at Target.

Bye-bye artificially-dyed Froot Loops! 

These companies have already said they plan to remove artificial dyes, but this is putting pressure on them to move faster on their commitments.

And it puts Post (Fruity Pebbles) on notice as one of the only cereal brands without a public plan to go dye-free.

Change is happening, and it wouldn't happen without you and the entire Food Babe Army bringing this issue to the mainstream attention.

The People vs. Poison Rally - Please come.

As I promised earlier this week, we are fighting back against what Bayer is doing in Washington to keep their poisons on the market — and now we're announcing our next move.

On April 27th, the maker of Roundup weed killer will appear before the U.S. Supreme Court, asking them to overturn a Missouri verdict that found them liable for causing cancer

The Supreme Court will decide whether pesticide makers can escape lawsuits if the EPA didn't require a cancer warning on their product.

Companies poisoning us should not get immunity when their products cause cancer.

And that is why I'm inviting you and every American to come rally with us in Washington!

The REAL State of The Union

Want to know what one of the most evil companies in the world is doing to keep their poison on the market?

Bayer (who bought Monsanto) – a foreign corporation – is working overtime to create a legal shield so no one can sue them if their product causes cancer.

The chemical lobby has immense power in Washington. A new report by U.S. Right To Know shows that they've spent over $9 million lobbying Congress and the executive branch in 2025. This is a must read. There is also a Bayer Lobby Tracker that will help anyone in Washington kick these guys out of their office.

And there are billions at stake here.

Nearly 180,000 lawsuits have been filed over glyphosate since 2018. They've already paid out over $10 BILLION. More than 60,000 cases are still pending.

And this chemical has been found in 60% of food in America.

So what are they doing?

They're attacking this from every angle – infiltrating all branches of the government. 

1. Supreme Court

They're asking the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn a jury verdict and rule that EPA approval protects them from cancer lawsuits nationwide. One ruling could shield them from accountability.

2. State Legislation

They're pushing state-by-state immunity bills through a front group backed by Bayer. Some states have already passed laws that effectively shut down cancer warning lawsuits. They're turning EPA approval into a legal shield.

3. Federal Farm Bill

Buried in the new House Farm Bill is language that would give the EPA exclusive authority over pesticide warning labels, stripping power away from the states. This is the same legal theory Bayer is pushing in the Supreme Court – but written directly into federal law.

4. Executive Order

Just last week, glyphosate was declared "critical to national defense". This is the first time a weed killer (let alone one facing billion-dollar cancer lawsuits) was labeled essential to national security. It puts federal power behind keeping glyphosate on the market and protects Bayer, who could say "we're just complying with what the government told us to do".

Representative Thomas Massie just called out Bayer on the house floor – exposing how the U.S. government is under siege by this German corporation. We need more of THIS in Washington! 

This is one of the biggest fights of our lifetime.
