Pouring it down the drain

This is my favorite time of year. 

Yes, it's fall, but it's my favorite time of year for a different reason…

Truvani Golden Milk

Serves: 2

1 (15 oz) can coconut milk

2 teaspoons maple syrup

2 Truvani Turmeric tablets

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Extra ground cinnamon, for sprinkling on top

Place all of the ingredients in a pot, gently bring to a boil, simmer for 3-5 minutes. Pour into 2 mugs and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
